Treasury Department Issues Guidance on Tax Credits – June 11, 2019

On Monday June 10th, Az4Education was invited by the Treasury department to attend a meeting via phone call regarding final guidance on recent tax law changes. The US Department of Education was there and the meeting produced answers to a number of questions related to how S corporations and individuals could get a tax deduction when making a tax credit donation. Az4Education is a non-profit 501c3 organization.   We support families with scholarships, who want a choice in education for their children.   Since 1998, Arizona has made it possible for thousands of families to benefit from tuition assistance because of generous tax credit donations from individuals and corporations.
